The VC Sector Value Chain

VentureBlog explains how Public Markets Drive Private Investment by using a value chain of the VC sector. It's a good description of how a cork in the back-end of that value chain (exit markets) rapidly flushes back to the the start of the value chain (investments by limited partners, and then investments into startups).

It's all about exits in the end.
