Recommended Reading Update
Time for that (almost) monthly overhaul of my recommended reading list. Here are some interesting new sites which I recommend ("new sites" meaning "new to me"):
- CalPundit is a weblog by Kevin Drum focussed on politics, the economy, and related issues. It often offers worldviews that seem particularly strange to me, almost Socialist in their sense, but it's interesting nevertheless.
- Nitro News: My former board of management colleague at dooyoo, Jules Pancholi, has a new weblog for his new company Nitro Ventures. It's new yet, so give it some time to develop. But Jules is a cool guy, so I expect good content there.
- Amateur Hour: A Corante weblog on amateur publishing, incl. commercial and corporate weblog applications.
- Bottom Line: About the economics of IT. By Corante.
- Got Game Blog: A Corante weblog about the future of gaming.
- Idea Flow: A Corante weblog about creativity and innovation.
- Living Code: A Corante weblog about biology and information.
- Digital Common Sense: Ken Camp used to have a newsletter for his company IP Adventures, which has now become a weblog.
- Hiring Technical People: Good HR related weblog.
- Managing Product Development: Weblog on just that.
- Mike Wendland's E-Journal: This Detroit Free Press technology columnist complements his professional endeavours with this weblog.
- Pierre Omidyar, the founder of eBay, has a weblog as well.
- Roland Piquepaille's Technology Trends: "How new technologies are modifying our way of life."
- Ray Ozzie is back with his weblog.
