Russ Daggatt: Why I Oppose An Iraq War

In the March 18, 2003 issue of Mark Anderson's Strategic News Service an argument for opposition of the Iraq war was published. It was written by Russ Daggatt, former CEO of ICO-Teledisc, expert on international relations, and Harvard-educated lawyer. Mark has allowed the re-publication of this text on the Web, for which I am grateful. I am also very grateful to Russ Daggatt for writing it.

I highly recommend taking the time and reading it from start to finish. It is, as Mark wrote in his publisher's note (opens in a new window), the most cogent text on the issue that you can read. It has certainly influenced my opinion a lot -- along with other texts from recent days, to be fair. Although I still do not oppose the war, I am tending away from supporting it.
